We are a small company providing bespoke solutions for house maintenance and property management located in Umbria all year round.

Our Mission is to create a range of services that give you peace of mind knowing that your home and investment is being cared for in your absence. We are proud of our reputation as a professional company that cares about its work and most of all your property. Communication is an important part of our service, we send pictures or video of home inspections, updates on bigger projects and any work that may require attention.

Nominated Key holder €360 a year

For less than €1 a day we can be your nominated key holder for your property.

Emergency
As residents in Umbria we know all too well that service outages are a regular occurrence, whether it be Water, Wifi, Security system, Gas or Electric. If this happens at your property we can help.

Servicing
We can be called to open up your property when servicing of items are required. (Boiler, water softeners, air conditioning units etc)

Peace of mind
We can receive deliveries on your behalf, the extra keys serve well to help you guests if they lock themselves out or lose their keys

Joinery

We offer a bespoke joinery service for work including windows, doors, skirting boards and decking

Project Management

We can manage your projects in your absence to ensure that works continue whilst you are away.

Pest Control

Installation of fly screens to windows and doors in order to keep unwanted guests out.

House Checks

Checking houses after heavy rainfall, strong winds, freezing and unusually hot temperatures.

Thinking outside the box

We have also helped with other requests such as Piano tuning, having Persian/ Turkish rugs cleaned, re upholstering of furniture, wood deliveries and deliveries in general. The list is endless.
